Visit the official portal
Go to indiapostgdsonline.gov.in — the only authorized India Post GDS website.

Log in with your Registration Number
Enter your GDS registration number (starts with G1…) and date of birth to sign in.

Navigate to "Engagement Schedule"
Click on "Engagement Schedule → January 2026 → Kerala Circle → List 2" from the dashboard.

Download the PDF list
Search your registration number in the published PDF. If found, note your division and divisional office for document verification.

Report for Document Verification
Visit the Divisional Office on or before 26 May 2026 with originals and 2 sets of photocopies.

Bring originals + 2 photocopies of each document to your Divisional Office.

- BPM – Branch Postmaster: Head of a Branch Post Office.
- ABPM – Assistant Branch Postmaster: Assists the BPM at a Branch Post Office.
- Daksevak – Mail delivery and related postal services at Sub-Post Offices.
