Job Summary
The primary objective of the Cabin Crew role is to provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout every flight.
Key Responsibilities
Crew members are expected to handle a wide range of duties, including:
1. Compliance: Strictly following standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the Government, DGCA, and Company Manuals.
2. Service Excellence: Consistently delivering high-quality service to meet or exceed customer expectations, with a focus on passengers requiring special assistance (elderly, unaccompanied minors, etc.).
3. Sales: Actively promoting the airline brand and conducting in-flight sales to increase ancillary revenue.
4. Safety & Maintenance: Conducting pre-flight and post-flight duties, maintaining cabin cleanliness, and reporting any discrepancies or defects to the Inflight Manager.
5. Professionalism: Adhering to strict company grooming and turnout standards at all times while on duty.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:
1. Nationality: Must be an Indian National with a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
2. Age Limit:
Freshers: 18 to 28 years. Experienced Crew: Up to 35 years.
3. Physical Standards:
Height: Minimum 155 cm for females and 167.5 cm for males. BMI: 18–23 for females and 18–25 for males. Appearance: No visible tattoos or marks while in uniform.
4. Education: Minimum of 10+2 (Class 12th) Language: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Fitness: Must be medically fit according to DGCA standards.
Nature of Work: The job requires travel, working in shifts, and long hours.
Additional Information
Location: While the drive is in Kochi, the position is transferable to any of the airline's operational crew bases.
