The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 190 vacancies for two posts: Credit Manager and Agriculture Manager. The distribution of vacancies across different categories is as follows:

  • Credit Manager (MMGS II): There are a total of 130 vacancies. These are distributed among various categories: 19 for SC, 9 for ST, 35 for OBC, 13 for EWS, and 54 for UR (Unreserved) candidates.

The cutoff date for educational qualification and post-basic qualification work experience is October 10, 2025.

  • For Credit Manager: Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates). Alternatively, professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university or institution are also acceptable. A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as a Branch Manager, or in credit appraisal or processing in a Scheduled Commercial Bank is mandatory.
  • For Agriculture Manager: A Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Engineering, or Pisciculture from a recognized university is required, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Candidates must also have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience as an officer in the relevant field within a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

Application Fee and Selection Process

The application fee is non-refundable. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the fee is Rs. 100 plus applicable taxes and payment gateway charges. For General, EWS, and OBC categories, the fee is Rs. 850 plus applicable taxes and payment gateway charges.

The selection process involves a written test and a personal interview. The bank may waive the written test at its sole discretion. The written test consists of 100 questions with a maximum of 100 marks and a duration of 105 minutes. The test includes sections on English Language (20 questions, 20 marks), General Awareness (20 questions, 20 marks), and Professional Knowledge (60 questions, 60 marks).

To qualify, candidates must score a minimum of 40% for Unreserved & EWS categories and 35% for Reserved Categories in each section. The final selection will be based on a combined score from the written test (70% weightage) and the personal interview (30% weightage).
